Gareth has broad experience in private client work, with particular expertise in asset protection and succession planning. He deals with the creation and administration of trusts, lifetime and post death tax planning and the administration of complex and frequently cross border estates. He is a member of the Business Owners team and regularly advises family businesses on the transition from one generation to the next. Gareth’s clients include both UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals, trustees, and beneficiaries. He is often instructed by international banks, trust companies and large charitable organisations.
