Ben advises on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

He has particular expertise in providing practical, commercial advice to organisations on the whole range of HR issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and restructuring programmes, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing.  Ben has substantial experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation, assessing risks and engaging in commercial settlement negotiations.

Ben acts for a number of international businesses across a range of sectors and has a reputation for providing clear strategic advice when exiting senior management based in the UK. He sits on the firm’s Global Markets Group and leads the firm’s relationships with other European law firms.

Ben also has a strong charities practice and acts for a number of leading charities and not-for-profit organisations, many of whom consider him to be their “trusted adviser”.

Ben is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
