Olivia specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, copyright and designs. She has acted in cases before the UK’s Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. She also has experience in matters before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) and the EU Trade Mark Office (EUIPO). Olivia’s clients cover a broad range of industry sectors including fashion, retail, food and drink, sports, leisure, entertainment and technology.
