Robert has particular experience in relation to corporate tax, including company acquisitions and disposals, reconstructions, private equity and venture capital investment (especially EIS and SEIS), employment tax and employee incentives, including EMI, other tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged schemes. Robert is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers group.
Robert Birchall acts as the UK National Reporter for 2018-2019 for the International Bar Association’s Taxes Committee.
