Having been selected as counsel by numerous multinational corporations operating businesses in Thailand in diverse industries—ranging from luxury fashion brands, industrial manufacturers, automotive, retailers, financial services, and alternative energy—Kobkit excels at designing the right, legitimate, and practical solutions for foreign business start-up structures and also transactional support services at the highest standard, including joint ventures, M&A, investment promotion, Foreign Business Licenses, capital markets and securities transactions, trade competition, specific business permits and licenses, immigration, regulatory compliance, and all foreign clients’ affairs. With support from his experienced service team, Kobkit continues to overcome challenges and succeed in landmark cases.
