Sochanmalisphoung Vannavuth is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Phnom Penh office. She assists and advises both domestic and foreign clients on various corporate and commercial matters, including corporate affairs licensing, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, franchising, employment, intellectual property, and real estate.

Sochanmalisphoung provides clear, commercially relevant advice that takes into account the client’s specific business needs of a business and provides businesses with clear advice so that a decision can be made based on the advice. She is an experienced drafter of applicable contracts and legal instruments, especially in commercial, corporate, banking, labor and employment, real estate, intellectual property, corporate governance, and related transactional areas. She is also well positioned to advise on tax-related issues, having passed the General Department of Taxation’s tax agent exam.

Reviewing commercial agreements—including lease agreements, loan agreements, sale and purchase agreements, escrow agreements, and other commercial agreements—is another of Sochanmalisphoung’s specialties.
