Career
Jesy is a partner in our Real Estate practice. She has a wide range of experience in real estate matters and advises on complex acquisition and disposal of properties, property joint ventures, property developments, sale and leaseback transactions, commercial and industrial leasing, build-to-suit transactions, and integrated infrastructure schemes.
She also advises on integrated property developments involving strata planning and management. Transacted properties include development land, industrial land, estate land, Malay Reserve Land, under-construction development, office building and reclaimed land. She has advised and represented leading property developers, multi-national corporations (MNC), government linked companies (GLC), foreign direct investors and listed companies.
