Career

Anna advises on all aspects of property and construction law and is trusted to deliver on the largest and most complex transactions in the market. She is known for achieving exceptional commercial outcomes in the delivery of projects which are helping to reshape New Zealand. Anna has particular expertise in high value acquisition and divestment transactions, inbound overseas investment, retail, industrial and commercial leasing, solar energy, hotel management and master-planned residential development.

Anna was promoted to partner in 2018, after returning to Russell McVeagh in 2015. She was admitted to practise in New Zealand in 2006 and spent a few years working as legal counsel for a property company.

Memberships

Anna was elected to the Property Council New Zealand’s governing body, its National Council, in March 2019 and re-elected in 2021.
