Career

Quan Sean holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom, as well as a Master of Laws degree (in International Business Law) from the University of Manchester.  She was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2004 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2006.

Since then, Quan Sean has been handling a wide variety of real estate transactions, such as those involving commercial projects and multi-storey buildings and the structuring of joint venture companies to undertake development activities.  She is also experienced in advising on banking and finance laws and securitisation (including cross border securitisation). Her clients include banks, corporations, receivers/managers and liquidators and real estate developers.  Her fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is an asset in her practice.

Quan Sean became a partner of the firm with effect from 1st March 2013.
