The firm: Founded by Dr The Honourable P C Woo in 1945, shortly after the end of the Second World War, P C Woo & Co is one of the longest-standing law firms in Hong Kong. It has more than 140 staff, including over 45 lawyers, and offers a full range of legal services.

Since 2011, P C Woo & Co has collaborated with Zhonglun W&D Law Firm in an association approved by the Ministry of Justice in Beijing under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, popularly known as 'CEPA'. In 2016, the firm became one of the first to be given approval to establish a full partnership office with Zhonglun W&D Law Firm in Qianhai. As part of this, P C Woo & Co is positioned to service the needs of clients in all major Chinese cities.

Lawyers in P C Woo & Co are actively involved in legal affairs and legal education in Hong Kong. Three partners have served as Presidents of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
