PENG Wei has more than 20 years of working experience. Since 1998, he has focused on bankruptcy and asset restructuring business for a long time. He has hosted dozens of asset restructuring cases with national influence. He is good at solving all kinds of difficult and complex problems and has profound insight and accurate judgment on major issues. He is currently the director of the Company Law Business Committee and the director of the Bankruptcy Liquidation and Reorganization Business Committee in Kangda. The main research fields include the design of the company’s equity structure, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and asset stripping, management and disposal of non-performing assets, bankruptcy reorganization, the company’s perennial legal counsel, the company’s legal risk prevention and control, civil and commercial business litigation, etc. Lawyer Peng is proficient in litigation in the fields of company law, contract law, bankruptcy law and civil and commercial affairs. The main businesses are the management and disposal of non-performing assets, debt restructuring, pre-restructuring, bankruptcy restructuring, etc. He has provided legal services for many large multinational enterprises, such as General Motors, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Huarong Asset, Henderson Land Group, Pfizer, Kodak, and Ruhr.
