Representative cases include “Yigali Commercial Administrative Cross Dispute”, one of the top ten reference cases of the Supreme Court’s 2019″. Regulations on Several Issues in the Trial of Administrative Agreement Cases” (ranked 3), which is the identification and prosecution period of administrative and commercial agreements.

The“Sembcorp Water Eco-Environmental Commercial Damage Compensation Case” was selected by the Supreme People’s Court in May 2020“China Environmental Resources Trial (2019) Annual Typical Cases”(ranked 35); “A well-known securities manipulation administration”.

“Punishment Cases” is the “20 Typical Illegal Cases of Securities Regulatory Inspections in 2018” by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (ranked No. 1), and is the first punishment case in history.
