JIANG Hua has been engaged in the legal profession since 1992. He is one of the first batches of securities lawyers in China. He is now a member and senior partner of the Management Committee of Beijing Kangda Law Firm and is in charge of the securities legal business of Kangda Law Firm.
Since practicing, Lawyer Jiang Hua has provided legal services such as shareholding reform, stock issuance and listing, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions for hundreds of enterprises such as Beijing Flyover, Guyue Longshan, Yintai Resources, Zheng Meiji, Dongfang Risheng, and Zhouming Technology. He has profound theoretical skills and rich practical experience.
