Marie acts for lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross border financings.

Marie originally joined MinterEllisonRuddWatts in 2007 and returned to the firm after spending four years in the banking team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in London.

Marie has also gained a wide range of commercial experience from secondment opportunities in New Zealand and London.

Marie was admitted to the bar in New Zealand in 2006.
