Tim’s strength lies in his ability to tailor property solutions that suit the commercial needs of his clients. The commercial property world is a dynamic environment. Providing sound advice involves a clear understanding of the law. Providing effective advice, and adding value, also involves understanding what makes clients tick, and the trends of the market they are operating in.

Tim advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial developments and leasing, subdivisions and syndications. He has expertise in regulatory compliance matters which are relevant to property transactions, in particular the Overseas Investment Act and New Zealand’s financial markets legislation. Tim has specialist expertise in the hotel sector.
