Lidia is a Solicitor in Simpson Millar’s Care Proceedings team, who represents parents and other family members when a local authority gets involved in their family life.

She specialises in children law and family law, advising on pre-proceeding involvement and representing in child care proceedings if a case has to go to Court.

Memberships

Lidia is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel and received Children Panel Accreditation in March 2020.

Leisure

Lidia is a keen runner and has completed several marathons, including the London Marathon. She also enjoys binge-watching box sets, baking and spending time friends and family.
