Carly is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Simpson Millar’s medical negligence team.
She specialising in handling complex cases such as spinal injury, birth injury, brain injury and amputation claims. She has also works on cases involving fatal accidents, orthopaedic injuries and delayed diagnosis of cancer.
Carly was shortlisted for the Clinical Negligence Rising Star Award by Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) in 2018.
Memberships
Carly was awarded Senior Litigator status by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) in 2018, and is also a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
Leisure
Carly enjoys going to boxing classes with her brother and also regularly practises yoga. She also loves hosting a full house and spending time with family and friends.
