Hannah is a Solicitor in Simpson Millar’s Court of Protection team. She specialises in handling health and welfare disputes involving children in the Court of Protection, and deprivation of liberty cases.

Hannah also helps people who want to challenge decisions made by public bodies at judicial review.

With Hannah’s help, many clients have been able to get more appropriate and less restrictive community care, support and residential placements. She also provides training and guidance to national and local charities and advocacy groups.
