Mr. Sunny Chen graduated from Fudan University with Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial law.

 Mr. Chen joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a Partner in 2008. He once worked for King & Wood in Shanghai as an associate.

Mr. Chen is based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, he specializes in corporate, securities and private equity investment.

Mr. Chen has participated in numerous IPOs and listing transactions for Chinese enterprises on domestic and international stock markets, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, USA ,and Singapore. These IPO projects involve many sectors such as Internet, power, energy, real estate, media, advertising, pharmaceuticals, healthy food and manufacturing, etc. He also serves as legal counsel to a number of listed companies.

Mr. Chen is experienced in private equity investments and acquisitions. He has participated in a large number of private equity transactions in China.

Mr. Chen obtained the PRC lawyer’s qualification certificate in 2000.
