Career

Ms. LONG Yanmei joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2018 as a partner. (Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she worked for ten years in Zhong Lun Law Firm.).

Ms. LONG’s practice covers outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, energy and natural resources, infrastructure and foreign direct investment.

Ms. LONG has advised a great deal of national state-owned enterprises, provincial state-owned enterprises and listed companies who have achieved outbound investment projects in the sector of energy and natural resources and by means of Greenfield investment as well as equity and asset acquisition.

Ms. Long was nominated as Leading Energy Lawyer of the Year by China Law & Practice in 2018.

Ms. LONG graduated from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, with double Master’ degrees in both International private law and Industrial property law.

Ms. LONG obtained the Lawyer’s license of the People’s Republic of China in 2010.
