Nick is a partner in the Disputes Team, and is a specialist construction lawyer.

Career

Prior to joining Hesketh Henry, Nick worked for Russell McVeagh, before spending eight years with a specialist construction law firm, Beale and Company, in London.  Nick leads Hesketh Henry’s dedicated construction team, which is now one of the largest in New Zealand.  He acts on the full range of building and engineering law issues (both contentious and non-contentious), and is trusted by some of New Zealand’s leading civil and vertical contractors as well as international consulting engineering firms.
