Simon is a partner at Hesketh Henry and is a transport and trade law specialist.

Career

Simon leads our transport and trade team. He is qualified in New Zealand and England and holds practising certificates for both jurisdictions.  He re-joined Hesketh Henry as a partner in 2017, after spending 6 years in London and 10 years in Dubai.  He was previously a partner in the international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan, leading its shipping and commodities practice in the Middle East.  He has particular expertise in maritime law.  Simon is a member of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand, a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and is a committe member of the NZ Middle East Business Counceil.
