The sports and entertainment team at Hall & Wilcox represents national and global sporting organisations, athletes, sponsors, and corporations involved in high-value transactions and disputes. Headed by sports media authority Martin Ross, the multidisciplinary team advises on sponsorship agreements, media rights matters, sports M&A, regulatory compliance, IP infringement, and media litigation. The group is supported by technology procurement expert James Deady and special counsel Mark Lebbon. The team also provides pro-bono work, serving as the primary legal advisor to Australia’s Mother’s Day Classic, an annual run and walk which raises funds for breast cancer research.
