Position

Senior partner and head of corporate and commercial department. Practice areas are corporate and commercial property. Andrew is widely recognised as one of Lincolnshire’s leading commercial property lawyers. Transactions of note include acting on behalf of Hemswell Estates Limited in a high value complex land transaction at Hemswell Business Park to facilitate a new plastic recycling plant for Eco Plastics, to create Europe’s leading plastics recycling facility, in order to service Coca Cola. Previously Andrew acted for a US listed company whom he advised on the sale of their land to Manchester City FC for the club’s new hotel and training complex. Andrew has recently undertaken the property work for Oldrids department store in their acquisition of a further department store in Scunthorpe. His corporate skills involve Andrew leading M&A transactions across various sectors, mostly in the £3m to £30m consideration bracket. His combined commercial property and corporate expertise has led him to being much in demand.
