The management and allocation of risk by insurance is a complex discipline. Frank Lawson acts for both insureds and insurers in addressing and simplifying the complexities associated with risk management by insurance. Specialising in insurance and major litigation for more than three decades has given Frank not only a deep understanding of the legal issues and the factual realities underlying those issues, but also clear insight into the insurance industry and its issues. Frank’s depth of experience, expertise and perspective has allowed Frank to act in such landmark matters as the representation of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority in the $5.3 billion collapse of the HIH Insurance Group and to provide insurance and risk allocation advice with respect to a large number of PPP and infrastructure projects around Australia over the past 15 years.
