Mr Fadi Khoury
Fadi is a Partner with the Corporate, Finance and Tax Practice Group based in Corrs’ Sydney office.
With over 20 years experience, Fadi is a strong adviser to investors, fund managers and financial services firms.
He has advised on some of Australia’s most significant investment management, M&A and capital transactions.
His experience ranges across the real estate, venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, agricultural, credit and infrastructure investment sectors.
Corrs Chambers Westgarth fields a team of dedicated specialists with notable expertise in property finance matters alongside knowledge of project finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance and alternative lending mandates; the firm also has a distinct financial services regulatory practice. Rommel Harding-Farrenberg heads up the banking and finance team, while Robert Clarke and Mark Wilks lead the financial sponsors group and litigation practice respectively; Wiks focuses on financial services disputes.
