Christine is our national head of environment and planning.  Recognised as one of the best planning, environmental and property lawyers in Australia, Christine has played pivotal roles in significant property transactions, urban renewal and mining projects. She has over 33 years’ experience.

Throughout her distinguished career, Christine’s mix of planning, environment and property skills has provided her clients with a unique perspective on property development, planning and environmental compliance.

Christine has acted for Green Square Consortium and Landcom on it’s $77 million planning agreement with the City of Sydney to establish a precinct based trigeneration system; for Carlton & United Brewery on the rezoning and multimillion dollar sale of its Kent Brewery site; ALH on the portfolio sale and lease back of 54 pubs around Australia; for MACH Energy Australia Pty Limited on its acquisition of the Mt Pleasant coal mine; and advised University of New South Wales, Randwick City Council and the Australian Turf Club on the Sydney Light Rail Project. She has extensive experience in planning and environment appeals in the NSW Land and Environment Court.

Christine sits on the Boards of the Barangaroo Delivery Authority and ACT City Renewal Authority and is a former Board member of the NSW Environment Protection Authority and affordable housing provider, City West Housing Pty Limited.

In legal circles, she is a passionate advocate for women.
