Whether wielding her expertise as a litigator or adeptly negotiating commercial solutions, Anna specialises in resolving disputes that are tough, complex and sensitive. Skilled in protecting clients’ commercial interests, brands and reputations, Anna knows when to apply her expertise in litigation and when to turn to negotiation and other alternate forms of dispute resolution. Specialising in complex contractual, equitable and property based disputes, Anna regularly appears for clients in high profile litigation and in appellate Courts. She also acts for clients in administrative and public law disputes, inquiries, inquests and investigations. Anna has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious FOI work and has advised Commonwealth agencies and private corporations in relation to some of the most high profile FOI issues in recent years, including in connection with the extension of the Commonwealth FOI Act to NBN Co.
