Catherine specialises in “front end” insurance advice and “back end” insurance advice and litigation as well as general commercial litigation and class actions.
Catherine has advised and represented clients in connection with a diverse and complex range of insurance products, issues and disputes. Catherine’s experience includes advising insured clients on risk allocation and management issues (including in the pre-contractual phase). Catherine’s experience also includes assisting clients with insurance recoveries following major losses including, if necessary, litigation. In this capacity, Catherine is accustomed to working closely with clients in order to implement a co-ordinated claims management strategy.
