Carol is a recognised expert in the health law industry.

She has practiced in the field for over 20 years across a variety of jurisdictions including pre litigated claims pursuant to the PIPA, litigated claims, coronial investigations and inquiries, disciplinary proceedings through regulatory authorities, and complaints made to the HQCC and now OHO.

Having qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1984 at a tertiary Queensland Public Hospital, Carol’s clinical experience offers a unique understanding of the environment in which health operates, as well as its policies, procedures and culture.
