Jeremy is an expert in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions and has advised on company-changing deals in Australia, Europe and Asia. From acting for issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, rights issues and share placements, through to public takeovers and private mergers and acquisitions – Jeremy has the experience to make a deal happen. Jeremy has worked all around the world, including in London where he practiced in multi-jurisdictional M&A. He has deep experience in relation to foreign inbound investment in Australia and obtaining FIRB approvals.
