Anna is a specialist in environment and planning law and has a broad, multi-jurisdictional practice spanning environmental regulatory compliance, contamination response, environmental prosecutions, environmental impact assessment and approval requirements. She also has extensive experience advising on planning approval requirements, planning appeals, land acquisition, native title and cultural heritage issues.
With an excellent reputation as an adviser and litigator, Anna practices across both Victoria and Queensland advising government and private sector clients on iconic infrastructure projects including the Gold Coast Light Rail Project, the West Gate Tunnel Project and the Victorian Desalination Project.
Anna also regularly advises energy and resources and property developer clients on statutory compliance obligations, incident response and due diligence matters.
