Mr Peter Schenk
Major Projects & Infrastructure.
Peter Schenk’s deep understanding of the construction industry gives him rare insight into his clients’ needs. His exceptional service and business acumen help put him at the forefront of some of the country’s most challenging infrastructure projects. From working in-house at one of Australia’s largest construction organisations to advising on major public infrastructure, mining, civil and building projects in Australia, South East Asia, South America and Africa, Peter is an outstanding operator. The combination of his construction and legal expertise adds strategic strength to his experience in construction dispute resolution, including Federal and Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and mediation as well as the negotiation of construction related policies for insurance and the management of construction insurance claims. His clients love his ability to see problems from multiple points of view and find the common solution.
