Daniel Marquet handles litigation that is both complex and large scale. Specialising in commercial, insurance and competition and consumer protection litigation, he has acted in a wide range of disputes throughout Australia, including class actions. In addition to this, Daniel provides a wide range of insurance and risk advice to commercial and Government clients. Daniel has also acted extensively in enforcement matters for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for over fifteen years.
