Position

Faye advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and financial issues arising out of the breakdown of a marriage or cohabitation and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements. Faye has experience in cases involving significant wealth including pre-marital and inherited wealth, complex businesses, pension arrangements and multiple properties.

Faye also advises on the arrangements for children and has dealt with complex sensitive children matters including those with an international element.

Faye will always put the needs of her client first and looks for client focused solutions. Faye is pragmatic and will guide her client’s through reaching their own agreements where possible or if the need arises will guide them through court proceedings. Faye combines her knowledge and experience with empathy to seek to ensure that her clients feel fully supported.

Faye is a member of Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers.

Faye completed her law degree at the University of Surrey and undertook her post-graduate qualification in Surrey achieving a distinction.

Career

Faye joined Shoosmiths in September 2018 as a Solicitor in the family team and is based in our Milton Keynes office.
