Position

Jennifer is a Legal Director in the Commercial team, who has over 15 years of experience in advising clients in both the public and private sectors on major commercial, infrastructure and technology projects.

Jennifer leads the non-contentious public procurement and subsidy control advisory team at Shoosmiths, providing pragmatic, commercial advice to clients on mitigating procurement risk and compliance with the subsidy control regime in the UK.

Jennifer has specialist experience in advising procuring authorities, developers, funders, suppliers and contractors on projects in the Energy & Infrastructure and Transport sectors. Jennifer also frequently advises procuring authorities and contractors in Real Estate development and Technology projects.
