Jill is a partner and specialises in acting for housebuilders in acquisitions of development sites, strategic options, promotion agreements and regeneration schemes on a nationwide basis.

She has been involved in a large scale urban regeneration scheme in the midlands, and has acted for a consortium of house builders on a 1070 home scheme in Oxfordshire.

Other projects include acting for a national housebuilder on a development agreement in collaboration with a local authority and a 4 phase scheme in the West Midlands.
