I advise regularly on property acquisitions (including shopping centre acquisitions and strategic housing portfolios), Development Agreements (including collaboration/JV agreements, Options and NDAs), usually for large regeneration schemes.  Detailed knowledge of financial structures/committee approval processes.

Have promoted a number of CPOs for large retail town centre schemes and drafted a Development Consent Order for a gas pipeline and acted on other huge infrastructure projects: such as motorway toll roads and motorway schemes. I also have listed building and heritage experience (including planning enforcement and prosecutions) and have dealt with licensing matters.  Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex planning and infrastructure agreements with developers, landowners and stakeholders.
