Position

Simon is a Solicitor, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Litigation (Southern) team. He is also the Head of the National Residential Litigation team.

He routinely deals with matters before the property chambers of the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, and before the High Court.
