Personal Injury - CAT team.
Position
I have been undertaking personal injury claims for more than 30 years and only act for the victims of accidents. I act for individuals who have suffered life changing injuries.
I provide support to my clients and their families from my first instruction to the end of their claim making sure I am available and accessible to them and to promote and maximise their recovery by arranging suitable rehabilitation and treatment.
Most of my instructions come from personal referrals from existing and former clients and other professionals. I adopt a sensible, realistic and pragmatic approach in my dealings with other parties and will engage with them to ensure individual claims are progressed to early settlement.
I am a member of the Spinal Injuries Association, Headway Panel and the Professional Negligence Association.
Brain injury
I have a particular interest and specialism in brain injury claims and have won numerous £ million compensation claims for the victims of such accidents, and several multi-million pound claims.
I am a member of the Headway Panel, a trustee and company secretary of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Headway, and Company Secretary and steering Committee member of the Northampton Acquired Brain Injury Forum.
Spinal injury
I have an expertise in spinal injury cases and have acted for clients who have suffered both quadriplegic and paraplegic injuries, and have negotiated settlement of claims both on a lump sum and annual payments basis.
Amputation injuries
I have undertaken many claims for inured people who have suffered amputation injuries and catastrophic injuries that have resulted in surgical amputations.
Advocacy
I carry out much of my own advocacy, and regularly appear as an advocate in inquests and in the county and High Court.
