Alice is a banking and finance principal associate with a wide range of debt finance experience including acquisition finance, asset finance and property finance. She acts for borrowers, banks and financial institutions.

Alice’s recent experience includes:

–  acting for a PE backed group of borrowers in relation to an acquisition finance loan under extremely tight time pressures including obtaining security from companies in Luxembourg, German and Danish jurisdictions;
–  real estate finance including advising lenders in relation to financing the development of properties and related security on both a bilateral and syndicated basis; and
– advising a syndicate of banks in relation to circa £81 million facilities for an international group of companies involving multiple jurisdictions.
