She has vast experience in initial public offering exercises and corporate exercises, as well as domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions. Notable initial public offering exercises include listing of a financial management software solutions and e-payment gateway solutions developer and provider on the Main Market, listing of a local restaurateur group, first to list on the ACE Market under the then newly introduced ACE Market Listing Requirements, listing of a local property developer on the Main Market, and listing of a local home-grown press and convenience retailer on the Main Market.

Cindy has also advised on various corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions involving private equity investments as well as general corporate and commercial advisory.
