In the area of commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Li represented his clients in hundreds of various commercial disputes accepted by the Supreme People’s Court, high people’s courts and local people’s courts in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shanxi and Jilin, etc. as well as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission.
In the area of general corporate matters, Mr. Li provided legal services including general and specific legal consultation, corporation dissolution and bankruptcy, litigation among shareholders for dozens of large state-owned enterprises directly under the central government and their subsidiaries, foreign-invested enterprises (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment) and their Chinese subsidiaries, domestic and foreign listed companies and private enterprises.  
In the area of intellectual property rights, Mr. Li represented many domestic and foreign listed companies and famous multinational companies in their litigation cases in respect of infringement and confirmation of rights in patent, trademark and anti unfair competition as well as administrative disputes of objection, review and invalidation of trademarks and patents.
In the area of labor law, Mr. Li provided general and specific legal services including labor and human resource management for many multinational companies and their Chinese subsidiaries and represented in dozens of labor dispute arbitration and litigation cases.

Career

Mr. Li worked as a judge in a court in Beijing. Since August 2005, he worked as a full-time lawyer and partner in Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm and Beijing Commerce & Finance Law Offices. In May 2012, he joined Beijing Global Law Office as a partner.
