Mr. Wang has rich experience in financing and capital market and advised on overseas IPOs of either issuers or the underwriters such as Chunlan, Nanjing Landsea, China Putian, Musical Holdings, Japfa Ltd. etc on China A share market, HK, US and Singapore exchange market; and in debt market, Mr. Wang advised The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Goldman Sachs, Beijing Infrastructure Investment (Hong Kong) Ltd. CCB Leasing, Toyota Motor Finance (China), CIB Leasing etc on Financial bond issue, MTN and various RMB, USD or Euro bond issues on either domestic and overseas debt markets.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. WANG advised ICBC on its sale of shares in Qingdao International Bank to Hana Bank, represented Sinopec, Huaneng Power International, China Mobile on their various acquisition of equity interests or assets, worked for multinational companies such as Orica, ArcelorMittal, and Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd, he also assisted both PRC State-owned and private companies in connection with their offshore acquisitions.

In the area of PE/VC, Mr. Wang advised ASSA ABLOY, SBI Crosby Ltd, IDG, Huashan Capital, YIYI Capital etc on various venture capital investment projects, also helped the growth-stage companies and their founders in connection with venture capital transactions.

In the area of financial leasing, Miller WANG advised CCB Financial Leasing, Huaxia Financial Leasing, CIB Financial Leasing and other leasing companies on hundreds of financial leasing matters in sectors of aircraft, vessel, subway, highway and other manufacturing and equipment leasing.
