The patent infringement case representing Beijing New Airport was selected as 2019 Top 15 Annual Typical cases of the Beijing IP Court. The patent infringement case representing Tsinghua /Nuctech has been selected as the 2018 Top 50 Annual Typical Intellectual Property Case by the Supreme People’s Court. The trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute representing LEGO JURIS A/S has been chosen as the 2018 Top 10 Annual Intellectual Property Case in Shanghai. A patent invalidation case against Mobike has been selected as the 2017 Top 10 PRB Case. Jack has ever represented Sony Mobile in the first SEP case in wireless industry in China.

In addition, Jack has rich experience in non-litigation cases of intellectual property, including strategic planning and management of corporate intellectual property, special IP services in the process of IPO, IP due diligence, FTO and infringement analysis, and IP licensing and transaction matters.

Career

Prior to joining Global Law Office in 2016, Jack worked with Zhong Lun and other top-tier PRC IP firms for years. Jack started his IP practice from Philips China where he worked as an IP Counsel focusing on IP licensing matters.
