Based in Wellington, Bradley is a corporate and securities law specialist. He is experienced in transactional matters and is at the forefront of Chapman Tripp’s financial services regulatory practice. Bradley has particular expertise in the regulatory environment for banks, managed funds and other major financial services market participants. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listed company transactions. Bradley has written a number of articles on company and securities law, financial services regulation and stock exchange listing rules issues. Bradley has advised a range of financial sector participants on the impact of the Financial Markets Conduct Act, including submissions and input on the design of the regime; a number of major financial service providers (domestic and offshore) on managed fund establishment and ongoing compliance; and various entities on the impact of the new financial service provider and anti-money laundering laws.
