Sherridan leads the Auckland litigation and employment and health and safety teams, and has specialised in these areas for well over 20 years.

He advises a wide range of private and public organisations across many industry sectors. His expertise spans all aspects of the employment relationship and he particularly enjoys providing strategic industrial relations advice and resolving contentious employment matters, including personal grievances and confidentiality and restraint of trade disputes, together with health and safety compliance and prosecutions.

He has extensive experience and expertise as a commercial litigator, and regularly appears in the employment and civil courts, and at arbitrations and mediations.

He is Consultant Editor for the Health and Safety Law Made Easy and Employment Law Made Easy texts (both published by LexisNexis), and is an author of Personal Grievances (part of LexisNexis’ Employment Law collection).
