Kung Suan Im is a Partner (Banking & Finance and Capital Markets).

She was formerly an in-house legal adviser for a leading bank in Malaysia for about four years wherein she advised on legal aspects of corporate / financing transactions being undertaken and helped to standardise the bank’s loan and security documents at both retail and corporate levels. Also in the many years of practice she had been involved in retail and corporate conveyancing and other corporate matters.
