Position
Chin Lit Fwu is a Partner in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012.
Career
Lit Fwu’s areas of practice focuses on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capitals, foreign investments, corporate restructuring and general advisory work. He had advised clients which have successfully listed and completed their initial public offerings in Malaysia and Singapore.
As part of his portfolio, he also advised on venture capital or private equity transactions for start-ups, small medium enterprises, and established companies, representing either the investors or investees on different occasions.
Lit Fwu has been recommended in several legal publications, among others, the Legal 500 and IFLR1000. He was recommended as ‘Rising Star Partner’ for in Malaysia under Corporate/M&A and/or Capital Markets by IFLR1000.
