Kwang Hyun RYOO is a partner on the technology, media, and telecommunications team at BKL. Mr. Ryoo advises on high-tech issues related to communication and media companies at home and abroad. He served as a legal advisor to the Korea Communications Commission and the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. Mr. Ryoo joined the firm in 1995 after a year at the Public Prosecutor’s District Office in Busan. Mr. Ryoo received his B.A. and LL.B. from Seoul National University and his LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. He is a member of the Korean and New York bar.
